Your snippets never leave your computer. The only thing the extension ever sends anywhere is a Pro licence key, so that it can be checked.

ReplyKit is made by PriceyLewis's Software. We do not sell or share any personal data.

What is stored

The extension keeps the snippets you create, and your settings, in your browser's local extension storage on your computer. They are not synced to other devices or sent to us or anyone else. Uninstalling the extension deletes them. If you export your snippets, the file is saved where you choose, and you decide who it is shared with.

What is read

While you type in a text box, the extension checks the text just before your cursor to see whether it ends with one of your shortcuts. It does not read or store anything else on the page, and it ignores password fields.

Licence checks (Pro only)

When you enter a Pro licence key, and about every 12 hours after that, the extension sends the key to our payment provider, Lemon Squeezy (api.lemonsqueezy.com), to check that it is valid. It sends:

• your licence key
• an ID for this installation
• a label such as "Chrome on Windows, 2026-09-30", so you can tell your computers apart in your account

Lemon Squeezy replies with the licence status and the purchaser's name. These are stored on your computer so the extension can show them. Nothing about your snippets or the websites you use is sent.

The free plan makes no network requests.

Buying Pro

When you buy Pro, Lemon Squeezy processes your order and payment as our reseller. They share your name, email address and order details with us so we can provide your licence and support. We use these only for that, and to tell you about important changes to your subscription. Lemon Squeezy's handling of your payment is covered by their privacy policy.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing us. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
