Terms of Sale and Refunds

Pro is a monthly subscription that you can cancel at any time. If you're not happy, email us within 14 days of paying and we'll refund you in full.

Who we are

ReplyKit is made by PriceyLewis's Software, a sole trader based in the United Kingdom. You can contact us at priceylewissoftware@gmail.com.

How you pay

Our online reseller, Lemon Squeezy, handles orders and payments. Lemon Squeezy is the merchant of record: your payment is made to them, they appear on your card statement, and their buyer terms also apply to your purchase. Prices include VAT where it applies.

What you get

• Free plan: the extension with up to 10 saved replies, including backing them up and restoring them, at no cost.
• Pro and Team: unlimited replies, fill-in fields, folders, and importing a shared set of replies, for as long as your subscription is active. Pro has 1 seat; Team licences have 5 or 10.
• A Pro licence has a number of seats. Each seat can be active on one computer at a time. You can move a seat by clicking "Remove from this computer" in the extension and entering the key somewhere else.
• Please don't share your licence key beyond the number of seats you've paid for.

Renewals and cancelling

• Pro renews automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel.
• You can cancel at any time from the link in your receipt email, or by emailing us.
• When you cancel, Pro keeps working until the end of the period you've paid for. You then move to the free plan. None of your saved replies are deleted.
• If we ever change the price, we'll tell you by email at least 30 days before it applies to you.

14-day refund policy

If you're not happy with Pro for any reason, email priceylewissoftware@gmail.com within 14 days of a payment and we'll refund that payment in full. This applies to your first payment and to each renewal. You don't need to give a reason.

Please include the email address you bought with, or your order number. Refunds go back to the original payment method, and are usually processed within 5 working days. Once a payment is refunded, the licence it paid for stops working.

This policy is in addition to your legal rights. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

Using the extension

• We work hard to keep the extension reliable, but we can't guarantee it will work with every website, or without interruption.
• Your replies are stored only on your computer, so please keep a copy using the export feature. We can't recover replies that are lost, for example when you uninstall the extension or clear your browser data.
• Always check a reply before you send it.

Our liability

If we're responsible for a loss, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before it happened. We're not liable for losses we couldn't reasonably have foreseen. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law, such as for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We'll change the date at the top when we do, and for important changes we'll email Pro customers in advance.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere in the UK, you can also bring a claim in your local courts.
